Li Wei

Li is a native of China and graduated from Xian International Business College in the Shanxi province in China. While living in the United States, Li has had experience teaching children Chinese as a FLES (Foreign Language in the Elementary School) Chinese teacher, as well as as a teacher assistant a Nursery School. In addition to her teaching experience, Li has had many opportunities to work with children as a volunteer in the local schools in her community. Li, along with her husband, communicates at home in Chinese with their young children; both of which are bilingual--they speak Chinese and English. Li has many interests including foreign languages (English and Japanese), crafts, Chinese traditional instruments (she plays the Zither), ancient Chinese literature, pets, and Chinese cuisine.
