Carla is a native of Chile and a graduate of the
University of Vina del Mar with a degree in communication
and reporting. She has also completed an advanced English
as a Second Language (ESL) program at Howard Community
College. Since coming to this country in 2008, Carla has
been teaching small groups of children aged 0-14 years
Spanish. Carla enjoys working with kids and sees a bright
future for herself in educating children. She also has a love
for different cultures and loves to travel and write about the
experiences and people that she has met. She has traveled
to Argentina, Spain, Puerto Rico,and Canada. She also loves
to read and stay healthy by exercising or going on walks
with her husband.
